- We handle every garment with care, but we are not responsible for colour bleeding, shrinkage, fabric damage, or issues caused by ageing, delicate material, or missing wash-care labels.
- Stain removal is not guaranteed. We attempt removal only if safe for the fabric.
- Damage/loss claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with invoice and photos. Liability is limited to a maximum of 5x the service charge of that item.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on load, weather, or operational reasons.
- Express services incur additional charges.
- Customers must check all pockets and accessories before handing over clothes. Magicklean is not responsible for any items left inside pockets (cash, cards, keys, jewellery, etc.).
- Unclaimed garments after 30 days will be donated or disposed.
- Payments must be completed at the time of delivery.
- Prices may vary based on fabric type, design, size, volume, and garment condition.
- Delicate or expensive garments (silk, wool, designer wear) are processed strictly at customer’s risk if the fabric condition is weak.
- For home linen, spa linen, and bulk orders, processing time may differ from regular timeline.
- Pickup & delivery is subject to customer availability. Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery is attempted multiple times.
- We reserve the right to refuse garments that are extremely soiled, damaged, or unsafe to process.
